Julie Beaumont
Property Manager
Julie is a third-generation Warkworth local and is highly regarded for her warm personality and ‘get it done’ attitude. Julie has owned several local businesses in the Rodney District; all were helpful in building a diverse network and solid client base.
Since entering the property management industry, Julie has won many awards including Property Manager of the Year, nationwide, for two former agencies. However, Julie is not one to look back, keeping her focus on local property knowledge, timely advice and an overall empathy for people.

When it’s tools down, you can find Julie riding a Triumph Bonneville or swinging a squash racket – while little in stature, but she’s certainly supersized when it comes to a gutsy attitude, business and leisure!
Shona Mackinnon
Property Manager
Professional and approachable go hand in hand with over 23 years of corporate sales and marketing experience, meet Shona Mackinnon – an overall Ignite superstar. Shona has been with Ignite since the early beginnings, managing all facets of this successful business, while keeping a calm approach. For client peace of mind, Shona stays a beat ahead of industry regulation and compliance. She has also taken an active interest in the Unitary Plan and how it will impact local property owners and investors.
Shona’s attention to detail and diligent manner is balanced out by a top sense of humour. We also know that every racehorse Shona has bred or owned has won a race – it’s good to have her on your side!
Joelene McGillivray
Property Manager
Despite falling into property management at the tender age of 19, Joelene McGilivray has never looked back. Taking the hard work approach, Joelene skipped up the industry ranks because of her strong work ethic and wonderful sense of humour. Joelene brings to Ignite a solid background in management, formerly leading a property management team for a large real estate company in Northland.
Born and bred in Wellsford, Joelene has extensive networks in the area, and she looks forward to connecting with property owners and tenants in Wellsford, Mangawhai, Kaiwaka and Bream Bay. When the work hat is off, Joelene has been known to kayak down a river and has a true love for Marlin fishing!
